❤️ Capital District

Our seat
(not “church pew”)
of government!

Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) national members who reside in New York State’s Capital District, associate their FFRF membership with Upstate New York Freethinkers to support our local mission and outline. For every FFRF member who simply contacts us, FFRF provides $5 to our Chapter.

Chapter volunteers, who live in the Capitol District, manage this page with Upstate New York Freethinkers. Please email them to provide your input and join us locally.

Through our Chapter, learn about prominent historical freethinkers, possible local violations and FFRF actions in our region.

Kate Cohen, from Albany, N.Y., a Washington Post contributing columnist and author of “We of Little Faith“, mentions on the podcast “Clear+Vivid with Allen Alda” how another chapter of FFRF, from Central Florida Freethought Community, builds community.

Request “We of Little Faith” be added to a library branch near you.
